Artists

At Redeemer we believe that if Christianity is true, then it is true for the whole of life, not just in a narrow, “spiritual” domain. We are particularly committed to seeing this conviction worked out in our approach to the arts. Our desire is to promote community arts participation and provide an environment that encourages artists to be confident and excellent, as they were created to be.

We support those in our congregation and in the city involved in the creative arts and we desire to serve their spiritual, emotional and professional needs. We recognize that painters, writers, photographers, dancers, and musicians tell the story of our culture and can impact society in a unique way. Redeemer is encouraged to engage the contemporary art scene, in order to give context to our presentation of the Gospel to those around us.
